摘要
针对顶管施工过程,建立了全尺寸有限元仿真模型,模拟了顶进过程及注浆压力等重要施工参数,研究了顶管周围环境的变化规律,指导施工方案的优化。结果表明:采用数值模拟可对顶管法施工的影响做定性分析,将周边土体变形控制在安全要求范围之内,通过与监测数据对比充分说明了数值分析的合理性。
Aiming at the pipe jacking construction process, a full-scale finite element simulation model was established, and important construction parameters such as jacking process and grouting pressure were simulated. The variation law of the surrounding environment of the pipe jacking was studied to guide the optimization of the construction plan. The results show that the numerical simulation can be used to qualitatively analyze the influence caused by the pipe jacking method, and the surrounding soil deformation is controlled within the safety requirements. The rationality of the numerical analysis is fully explained by comparison with the monitoring data.
