摘要
目的考察榛荷咀嚼片对高血脂模型大鼠的影响,开发榛荷咀嚼片保健食品提供数据依据。方法健康雄性大鼠72只,分为空白对照组,高血脂模型组,阳性对照组(辛伐他汀0.5 mg/kg),榛荷咀嚼片高、中、低(720、360、180 mg/kg)剂量组,(造模过程、给药过程)自制高脂饲料造模,腹主动脉取血,酶联免疫法检测大鼠血清中总胆固醇(TC)、三酰甘油(TG)、高密度脂蛋白(HDLC)、低密度脂蛋白(LDLC)含量。结果与正常组相比,模型组均具有显著性差异,高脂血症模型建立;与模型组相比,阳性对照组、高剂量组TC、TG、LDLC含量降低,HDLC含量升高,具有显著性差异,有统计学意义(P <0.01)。中剂量组、低剂量组有显著性差异,有统计学意义(P <0.05)。结论榛荷咀嚼片能对高脂饲养的大鼠的TC、TG、HDLC、LDLC有影响,进而对高脂血症大鼠有降脂作用。
        Objective To investigate the effects of Zhenhe Chewable Tablet on hyperlipidemia model rats, and to provide data basis for the development of Zhenhe Chewable Tablets health food. Methods 72 healthy male rats were divided into blank control group, hyperlipidemia model group, positive control group(simvastatin 0.5 mg/kg), and Zhenhe Chewable Tablets high, medium and low(720, 360, 180 mg/kg) dose groups. In the process of modeling and administration, the model was made with self-made high-fat feed and blood was taken from abdominal aorta. The serum levels of total cholesterol(TC), triglyceride(TG), high density lipoprotein(HDLC) and low density lipoprotein(LDLC) were measured by enzyme-linked immunosorbent assay(ELISA). Results Compared with the normal group, the model group had significant differences, and the hyperlipidemia model was established. Compared with the model group, the content of TC, TG, LDLC in the positive control group and the high dose group decreased, and the HDLC content increased. There was significant difference(P < 0.01). There was significant difference between the middle dose group and the low dose group(P < 0.05). Conclusion The Zhenhe Chewable Tablet can affect the TC, TG, HDLC and LDLC of rats fed with high fat, and then have lipid-lowering effects on hyperlipidemia rats.
