碱式硫酸镁晶须添加量对聚丙烯材料力学及膨胀性能的影响

摘要
研究碱式硫酸镁晶须(MOSw)添加量对聚丙烯(PP)材料力学特性的影响,分析MOSw在PP基体内的分布状态,对PP成型收缩率与线膨胀系数进行了测试。结果表明,复合材料中的MOSw形成了均匀分布状态,MOSw基本以平行于基体流动的方向排布。MOSw和PP基体紧密结合,两者间形成了良好的相容性。当MOSw的添加量上升后,复合材料的拉伸强度、弯曲模量与弯曲强度都出现了先增大后减小的变化趋势,样品缺口冲击强度表现为逐渐增大的变化趋势,样品硬度也显著增大。当样品中加入的MOSw含量达到22. 5%时可以获得良好的力学性能。当MOSw添加量增大后,样品线膨胀系数和收缩率出现了减小的变化趋势,含MOSw为225%样品比纯PP材料的线膨胀系数降低了约60%,达到了0. 49%的最小成型收缩率,样品稳定性获得显著提高。
        The effect of alkali magnesium sulfate whiskers( MOSw) additive amounts on mechanical properties of polypropylene( PP) materials was studied. The distribution state of MOSw in PP matrix was analyzed,and the shrinkage rate and linear expansion coefficient of PP forming were tested. The results show that the MOSw in the composite material forms a uniform distribution state,and the MOSw fibers are arranged basically in a direction parallel to the flow of the matrix. The MOSw and PP matrix are closely combined,which forms a good compatibility between them. When the additive amount of MOSw increases,the tensile strength,bending modulus and bending strength of the composite material increase first and then decrease.The notch impact strength could also show a gradually increasing trend,and the hardness of the sample also increases significantly. Good mechanical properties could be obtained when the content of MOSw reaches 22. 5%. When the added amount of MOSw increases, the linear expansion coefficient and shrinkage rate provide a decreasing trend. The linear expansion coefficient of the sample containing 22. 5% MOSw is about 60% lower than that of pure PP material,which reaches the minimum molding shrinkage rate of 0. 49%,and the sample stability is significantly improved.
