摘要
清河水库水电站工程为新建工程,建设过程中,将临时或永久占用土地,造成植被破坏,进而引发水土流失,产生不利影响。结合工程实际特点和项目区水土流失现状,因地制宜,针对施工中水土流失采取综合的水土保持防护体系,分析结果表明,水土保持治理措施布局合理,切实可行,将有效控制因工程建设而产生的水土流失,且有利于区域内的生态平衡。
        Qinghe Reservoir Hydropower Stati on is a newly built project. In the process of construction, land will be occupied temporarily or permanently, and the vegetation will be destroyed, which will lead to soil erosion and have adverse effects. Combined with the actual characteristics of the project and the current situation of soil and water loss in the project area, this paper adopts a comprehensive soil and water conservation protection system for soil and water loss in construction according to local conditions. The analysis results show that the layout of soil and water conservation control measures is reasonable and feasible, which will effectively control soil and water loss caused by engineering construction and be conducive to the ecological balance in the region.
