摘要
在拉拔ER70S-6焊丝钢的过程中,出现拉拔断裂现象,对ER70S-6焊丝钢的化学成分、气体含量,母材和拉拔断裂试样热酸低倍形貌进行了检验,并利用金相显微镜和扫描电镜对拉拔断裂试样进行分析。结果表明:断裂试样组织出现粒状贝氏体异常组织,同时断口附近表面存在结疤缺陷。在拉拔过程中,异常粒状贝氏体组织和表面结疤缺陷共同作用导致ER70S-6焊丝钢拉拔断裂。
        In the drawing process of ER70S-6 welding wire steel, drawing fracture occurred. The chemical composition,gas content of the ER70S-6 welding wire steel and hot acid low power morphology of the base metal and drawing fracture samples were tested, and the drawing fracture samples were analyzed by optical microscopy and scanning electron microscopy. The results show that abnormal granular bainite stucture of the fracture samples appears, furthermore scarring defects exist near the surface of the fracture. In the drawing process, abnormal granular bainite stucture and surface scarring defects jointly lead to the fracture of ER70S-6 welding wire steel.
