摘要
随着对轨道交通车辆外形美观和功能需求要求日益提高以及对车辆产品开发多样化的速度日益加快,传统的正向工程设计已无法完全满足新产品开发要求。为此,以数据采集、数据处理和模型重构等技术为支撑的逆向工程在高铁、地铁、轻轨、有轨电车等车辆新产品开发中得到应用。以轨道交通车辆外观造型及功能设计为研究对象,着重介绍利用各种软硬件设备对车辆司机室的外轮廓进行逆向工程设计,从而提高车辆的整体美观及性能、工艺质量以及加工效率,并且减轻操作设计人员劳动强度,降低开发成本。
Along with the increasing high requirement of appearance and function for rolling stock and the rapid development of diversity in relative products exploitation,the traditional forward engineering design has been unable to fully meet the requirements of new products development.Therefore,reverse engineering base on the technology support of data acquisition,data processing and model reconstruction,is applied to research for new rolling stock such as high-speed rail,metro,light rail,trams and others.Taking the appearance and function design of rolling stock as the research object,this paper introduces reverse engineering design for cab’s outline by use of different hardware and software,which will raise the appearance and function,manufacture quality,efficiency in machining,and reduce the labor intensity of the operation designers,and reduce the cost of research.
