摘要
军事条令条例是指导部队训练和作战的法规和指导性文件,能够体现一支军队作战的作战思想和行动规律.通过本体建模规范化表示其中的信息能有效支撑联合作战的规律认识和情报分析,然而目前对军事条令条例领域和联合作战任务的本体建模研究还处空白.以美军《联合作战任务清单》为例,结合本体应用背景,基于对联合作战任务的形式化描述,提出了一种面向军事条令条例的本体构建方法流程.利用本体建模工具Protégé构建联合作战任务本体,描述了本体概念、属性和关系.经过实例匹配,完成一致性检测,该本体在覆盖率等指标上效果较好,并能通过逻辑规则推理获得良好的拓展性.
Military regulations are regulatory and guiding documents that guide the training and operations of military,which can reflect the combat thinkings and movement patterns of an army.The normalized representation of information in ontology modeling can effectively support the law recognition and intelligence analysis of joint tasks,but the research on ontology modeling of military regulations and joint operations is still blank.Aiming at the application background of ontology and based on the formal description of joint operations tasks,a method flow of ontology construction is proposed.It uses the ontology modeling tool Protégé to construct the ontology,and describe the concepts,attributes and relationships.After individual matching and consistency checking,the ontology works well on the coverage and other indicators,and can obtain a good scalability by logic rule reasoning.
