摘要
水机后备保护是机组现地控制单元关键保护功能的冗余配置,通过探讨传统水机后备保护与PLC水机后备保护的优缺点,梳理了新疆阿尔塔什水利枢纽电站机组水机后备保护的设计原则与功能特点,阐述基于PLC的水机后备保护的优势及特点。阿尔塔什水利枢纽工程枢纽电站及生态电站计算机监控系统采用双机热备Unity Quantum Plus系列PLC作为机组现地控制单元主控制器,Premiun系列PLC作为水机后备保护PLC,由现地控制单元完成对其运行状态的监视,水机后备保护电源回路采用交直流双电源供电,所有电源均取自与现地控制单元电源的不同段母排,水机后备保护PLC配置有HMI人机界面,支持多种符合IEC标准的编程语言。研究成果适应了智能化潮流的发展,为后续水利水电工程建设提供了可行的设计方案。
Water turbine backup protection is a redundant configuration of key protection function for LCU(Local Control Unit).By discussing the advantages and disadvantages for backup protection of traditional water machine and PLC water machine,thedesign principle and function characteristics of Altash hydro Xinjiang power plant unit water machine backup protection are ana-lyzed,together with the advantages and characteristics of water turbine backup protection based on PLC expounded. In the com-puter monitoring system of Altash Water Control Project and ecological engineering hub station,DMHS(dual module hot spare)Unity Quantum Plus series PLC is adopted as the main controller Unit LCU,and Premiun series PLC is adopted as backup pro-tection PLC for water machine monitored by the local control unit. The backup power supply circuit of water machine adopts ACand DC dual power supply,and all power supply are taken from the local control unit and power supply section of different bus.Water machine backup protection PLC configuration with HMI man-machine interface is supported by a variety of programminglanguages that meet IEC standards. The work adapts to the development of the intelligent power flow,and provide a feasible de-sign scheme for the subsequent water conservancy projects.
