摘要
目的观察盐酸替罗非班用于急性心肌梗死(AMI)介入治疗对左室射血分数、肌酸磷酸激酶同工酶的影响。方法将86例AMI介入治疗患者随机分为两组,对照组42例直接实施介入治疗,观察组44例先应用替罗非班氯化钠注射液,之后实施介入治疗,比较两组治疗效果、治疗后左室射血分数及肌酸磷酸激酶同工酶变化情况。结果观察组治疗后即刻TIMI血流3级者比例明显高于对照组(P<0.05);治疗后12 h观察组肌酸磷酸激酶同工酶水平明显低于对照组(P<0.05),治疗后1周观察组左室射血分数明显高于对照组。随访显示,1个月内观察组不良心脏事件发生率2.27%明显低于对照组的19.05%(P<0.05)。结论盐酸替罗非班氯化钠注射液用于AMI介入治疗,可有效改善患者血流情况,提高左室射血分数,降低肌酸磷酸激酶同工酶水平,且可降低心脏不良事件发生风险。
        Objective To analyze the effects of tirofiban hydrochloride sodium chloride injection on left ventricular ejection fraction(LVEF)and creatine phosphokinase isoenzyme(CK)in patients with acute myocardial infarction(AMI).Methods 86 patients with AMI were randomly divided into two groups:the control group(n= 42)received direct interventional therapy,and the observation group(n= 44)were treated with tirofiban first and then interventional therapy.Changes of left ventricular ejection fraction and creatine phosphokinase isoenzyme after treatment.Results The ratio of TIMI blood flow grade 3 in the observation group was significantly higher than that in the control group immediately after treatment(P< 0.05),and the level of creatine phosphokinase isoenzyme in the observation group was significantly lower than that in the control group at 12 h after treatment(P< 0.05),and the left ventricular ejection fraction in the observation group was significantly higher than that in the control group at 1 week after treatment.Follow up showed that the incidence of adverse cardiac events in the observation group was significantly lower than that in the control group within one month(2.27% vs 19.05%,P< 0.05).Conclusion Tirofiban sodium chloride injection can effectively improve the blood flow,increase left ventricular ejection fraction,decrease the level of creatine phosphokinase isoenzyme and reduce the risk of adverse cardiac events.
