摘要
同工酶是能够催化相同的生化反应,而分子结构和理化性质各异的一类酶,其几乎存在于所有生物的组织中,且具有种属和组织差异性。近年来研究结果表明,同工酶对疾病的诊断、跟踪检测、物种的种属鉴定及遗传多样性分析等方面都具有十分重要的意义。主要从同工酶的种类、检测方法及其实际应用等方面进行概述,并着重论述了同工酶在疾病诊断和遗传鉴定中的应用,同时对发展前景进行展望,以期为同工酶的进一步应用提供理论基础。
        Isozyme is a kind of biological enzyme, which can catalyze the same biochemical reaction, but its structure and function are different.Recently, research shows that isozyme play an important role in the diagnosis, tracking and detection of diseases, species identification and genetic diversity analysis. In this paper, the species,detection methods and practical applications of isozyme were summarized. The application of isoenzyme in disease diagnosis and genetic identification was discussed, and their development prospects was prospected, in order to provide a theoretical basis for the further application of isozymes.
