摘要

"一带一路"倡议不仅为贵州高等教育快速健康可持续发展带来了新的机遇,也为贵州高等教育高质量发展提供了舞台,而贵州高等教育可持续高质量发展也必然进一步推动"一带一路"建设。在新时代"一带一路"建设向纵深发展的背景下,贵州高等教育应从过去单纯注重"引进来",转变到"引进来"和"走出去"并重的阶段,着力构建贵州高校"走出去"与"融进去"并存的新时期发展模式。
        "The Belt and Road Initiative" has brought opportunities and provided a stage for the sustainable development of higher education in Guizhou as well. In turn, the sustainable and high-quality development of higher education in Guizhou will no doubt further promote "The Belt and Road" construction. With the on-going development of "The Belt and Road", the higher education in Guizhou has to transform from simply focusing on the "Bring In" STRATEGY in the past to equal importance of the "Bring In" and the "Go Out" strategies, in an effort to build the developing model of "Go Out" and "Melt In" of Guizhou colleges and universities in the New Era.
