地方高校的法学本科教育定位

摘要
近年来,我国地方高校的法学本科教育矛盾突出,改革已然迫在眉睫。一方面地方高校法学本科教育定位模糊不清,无法与社会需求同步发展;另一方面地方高校受教育资源、师生情况、地理位置等因素的限制,所培养的毕业生缺乏理论视野和实务能力。面对这些严峻的现实问题,只有转向职业教育定位,清晰定位法学本科教育目标,加强实践技能教学和职业道德训练,地方高校才能在办学困境中寻找到出路,为中国的法治化建设培养合格接班人。
In recent years,the contradiction of law undergraduate education in local colleges and universities in China is outstanding,and reform is imminent.On the one hand,the orientation of law undergraduate education in local colleges and universities is vague and can not develop in tandem with social needs,on the other hand,local colleges and universities are limited by educational resources,teachers and students,geographical location and other factors,and the graduates are lacking theoretical vision and practical ability.In the face of these serious practical problems,only by turning to the orientation of vocational education,clearly positioning the goal of undergraduate education in law,strengthening the teaching of practical skills and professional ethics training,local colleges and universities can find a way out in the predicament of running a school,and train qualified successors for the construction of China's legalization.
