摘要
配矿是矿山企业降低成本、提质增效的一个重要途径,通过优化配矿,满足生产需求,实现矿石质量的均衡和稳定。针对乌山铜钼矿采用人工配矿存在的成本高、选矿回收率低等问题,提出了基于日常岩粉数据的自动化配矿平台。该平台以日常生产岩粉化验数据为依据,在开采炮区范围内空间插值,充分考虑了采矿变量因素。通过自动化配矿平台,实现了自动化、精细化配矿,减少了人为因素造成的误差,保证了配矿品位均衡和配矿的持续性,提高了工作效率,保证了生产指标稳定。
Ore blending is an important way to lower operation cost and improve efficiency. The optimization of ore blending can meet production demand and reach the equilibrium and balance of ore quality. In light of the fact that manual ore blending in Wushan Copper-Molybdenum Mine has high cost and low ore-dressing rate,the paper proposed automatic ore blending platform based on daily rock powder data. The platform,on the basis of daily rock powder data,applied spatial interpolation to the blast area and fully considered mining variables. The automatic ore blending platform realizes automation and refined ore blending,reduces error from manual operations,guarantees the continuity and grade equilibrium of ore blending,improves working effectiveness and ensures steady production index.
