摘要
目的研究红外光谱法在不同产地中药党参鉴别中的应用。方法从我国党参主产地收集不同产地的党参药材10个批次,对所有样品进行提纯与干燥处理,并把它们碾碎,分别取样品粉末3 mg与KBr粉末150 mg进行混合,研磨均匀后进行压片,放入傅里叶变换红外光谱仪中进行检测与鉴别。结果本次实验所抽取的10种不同产地的川党参中有4种共有峰率大于72.5%,有5种不同产地的党参共有峰率最高达到84.4%,最低为54.5%;川党参与党参之间的共有峰率最高达到95.5%,最低为58.2%;素花党参与不同产地的川党参之间的共有峰率均大于66.3%。结论党参的产地与品种不同,他们的化学成分也会有很大的区别,在红外光谱指纹图谱中能够看到明显的差异,在具有高分辨率的二阶导数谱1800~400-1波段区的差别更加明显,在对不同产地的党参进行鉴别的过程中,使用傅里叶变换红外光谱法联合二阶导数能够从整体上对谱图峰的变化规律进行明确的分析,能够快速解决中药材的产品品质与产地的归属问题,为控制党参的质量提供必要的参考依据。
        Objective To study the application of infrared spectroscopy in the identification of Codonopsis pilosula from different habitats.Methods Ten batches of Codonopsis pilosula from different producing areas were collected.All samples were purified and dried.They were crushed.The powder of sample was mixed with KBr powder 150 mg.After grinding,the tablets were pressed and tested and identified by Fourier transform infrared spectrometer.Results Four of the 10 different origins of Codonopsis pilosula from this experiment had a common peak rate of more than 72.5%.The common peak rate of Codonopsis pilosula from five different origins reached 84.4% and 54.5%respectively.The highest and lowest rates of the common peak rate of the participation of Codonopsis pilosula from Sichuan were 95.5% and 58.2%,and the common peak rate of the participation of Suhuatang in Codonopsis pilosula from different origins was more than 66.3%.Conclusion The chemical constituents of Codonopsis pilosula var.pilosula var.crassipes var.crassipes var.crassipes var.crassipes var.crassipes var.crassipes var.crassipes var.crassipes var.crassipes var.crassipes var.crassipes var.crassipes var.crassipes var.crassipes var.crassipes var.crassipes On the whole,a clear analysis of the changing law of the peaks of the spectra can quickly solve the problem of product quality and origin attribution of traditional Chinese medicine,and provide the necessary reference for the quality control of Codonopsis pilosula.
