摘要
针对职业院校教师成长与发展过程中的困惑,结合笔者30多年教学实践中的感悟和体验,梳理职教师资队伍建设的关键要素,剖析专业、职业与事业的区别和内在逻辑关系,成就教师发展。
Based on the confusion during the growth and development of vocational college teachers and the author's 30-year teaching experience,the paper organizes the key points of the construction of teaching staff and analyzes the differences of majors,profession and career and their logical relationship so as to promote the development of teachers.
