基于可靠性的供应链成本优化分析

摘要
为了降低供应链的运行成本,从供应链可靠性的角度对供应链成本进行优化,分别分析了设计成本、制造成本、库存成本随着供应链可靠性变化的规律。基于成本函数和可靠性函数,分别建立了供应链成本最小化模型和供应链可靠性最大化模型。通过对模型的求解,得到了当成本最小时,供应链中各个节点企业的可靠性,以及整个供应链可靠性最大时,供应链中各个节点企业的可靠性和整个供应链的最小成本。供应链上的各个节点企业通过成本最小化可获得最大利润,顾客可以用最小的成本获得可靠性最大的产品。
        In order to reduce these costs,considering reliability of supply chain,the supply chain cost is optimized in this paper.Moreover,the variation between the reliability of supply chain and design cost,manufacturing cost,inventory cost are respectively analyzed.Based on the cost function and reliability function,supply chain cost minimization model and supply chain reliability maximization model are established.According to the model solution,the reliability of each node in supply chain is obtained when the total cost is minimal.Furthermore,the paper gets the reliability of each node in supply chain at maximal cost of the reliability and whole supply chain.At last,each node in supply chain gains the maximum profits,and customers obtain maximum reliability products by using the least cost.
