可回收整体卡瓦渗碳工艺研究

摘要
整体卡瓦作为压裂用悬挂封隔器的锚定机构,广泛应用于页岩气分段压裂工艺中。可回收整体卡瓦替代常规铸铁整体卡瓦,可有效提高工具的可靠性和悬挂性能,并具有可回收能力。研究整体渗碳后退火和局部渗碳后回火这两种不同热处理工艺对20CrMnTi合金整体卡瓦的影响。结果表明,优选采用局部渗碳后回火的方式,在保证卡瓦具有较高塑性和韧性的同时保证卡瓦牙具有较高的硬度,可满足卡瓦的锚定性能、耐冲击性能及可回收性能。
        As the anchoring mechanism of hanging packer for fracturing, the integral slips is widely used in shale gas fracturing process. Instead of conventional cast iron integral slips, the recoverable integral slips can effectively improve the reliability and suspension performance of the tools, and have the ability to recover. The effects of the two heat treatment process of annealing process after carburization and tempering after partial carburization on the 20 CrMnTi alloy integral slips were studied. The results show that, the high hardness of the teeth can be guaranteed while the ductility and ductility of the slips are high by adopting the method of tempering after partial carburization, it can meet the anchoring performance, impact resistance and recoverability of the slips.
