摘要
针对以柴油内燃机为动力的修井机存在对环境的污染问题,以节能减排为主线,以经济效益为中心,转变观念,充分利用抽油机的网电资源,依靠技术创新,把以柴油内燃机为动力的修井机,改为以电能为动力的修井机,提升资源利用率,达到保护环境、清洁生产,节能减排的效果。1台网电修井机年可节约燃油费用58.23万元、减少CO2排放量291.09 t、噪音污染指数下降46 dB,促进了石油工业绿色发展。
in view of the workover machine driven by diesel engine pollution to the environment problems, this paper takes as the main line, energy saving and emission reduction in economic efficiency as the center, changing ideas, make full use of the pumping unit electricity network resources, rely on technological innovation, the workover machine driven by diesel engine,powered by electricity instead of workover rig, improve resource utilization, protect environment, clean production and the effect of energy conservation and emissions reduction. A net electric workover rig can save 582,300 yuan in fuel costs,reduce CO2 emissions by 291.09 tons, and reduce noise pollution index by 46 decibels, promoting the green development of the petroleum industry.
