摘要
通过对智慧交通评价指标进行遴选,建立更加符合城市实际情况的智慧交通评价体系,采用粗糙集与变异系数相结合的方法对评价体系中各指标进行赋权,建立模糊评价矩阵,向上逐层做连续变换,得到智慧交通评价的最终得分.并以南宁市为例,进行了实例验证,根据南宁市的最终得分以及评分过程中各指标权重的不同,对南宁市智慧交通的发展提出了针对性的对策建议.
This paper selects the intelligence traffic evaluation index to establish a smart traffic evaluation system that is more in line with the actual situation of the city. the combination of rough set and coefficient of variation is used to empower the indicators in the evaluation system to establish a fuzzy evaluation matrix. and we make a continuous transformation and get the final score of the smart traffic evaluation. Nanning was selected as an example for instance verification. According to the final score of Nanning and the weight of each index in the scoring process, the countermeasures for the development of smart transportation in Nanning are put forward.
