摘要
针对汽车发动机曲轴模锻过程中出现填充不满的缺陷,本文以模具的飞边槽结构作为优化对象,对比了普通的敞口型飞边槽和增设阻力墙的改进型飞边槽在模锻过程中的填充。结果表明,飞边槽结构中增设的阻力墙能很好地挤压金属流向难填充部位,提高了锻件的充填率。
Aiming at the defects of filling dissatisfaction in the die forging process of crankshaft of automobile engine,taking the flash groove structure of the die as the optimization object, the filling of the ordinary open flash groove and the modified flash groove with resistance wall in the die forging process were compared. The results show that the additional resistance wall in the flash groove structure can well squeeze the metal flow to difficult filling position and improve the filling rate of the forgings.
