摘要
针对某型农用植保无人直升机用曲轴增寿及提高可靠性的要求,采用静强度校核的方式替代动态受力分析,计算仿真出发动机曲轴静强度和疲劳强度,计算和仿真结果满足发动机曲轴静强度及疲劳强度安全系数要求,最后通过发动机寿命试验验证分析及计算的正确性。
According to the life and reliability requirement of one type agriculture unmanned helicopter engine's crankshaft,we used static strength checking method to instead of dynamic stress analysis,calculated and simulated the static strength and fatigue strength of engine's crankshaft,the result satisfy the requirement of safety factor.The results by use of test were enough to prove the validation of analysis and calculation.
