摘要
从涂层组成、粉末制备方法、喷涂工艺及配方对目前反应喷涂法制备Ti-B-C-N陶瓷涂层的研究进展进行了综述。总结了喷涂工艺、制粉方法与配方对涂层性能的影响,对采用反应喷涂制备Ti-B-C-N陶瓷涂层未来发展方向和研究重点进行了分析与展望。得出结论:选择适当的喷涂工艺、合理的制粉方法和粉末配方是获得优良涂层的关键。
        In this paper,factors that influence the properties of Ti-B-C-N ceramic coating prepared by reactive spraying are reviewed.The effects of spraying process,powder preparation and formula on the properties of Ti-B-C-N coating are summarized,and future development and research trends of reactive sprayed Ti-B-C-N ceramic coating are discussed.It is deduced that proper spraying process,reasonable preparation method and formula of spraying powders are the key factors to prepare excellent coatings.
