摘要

高校兼职班主任作为一种创新管理模式,对大学生教育有着多方面的积极作用和影响。在自身实践经验的基础上总结了担任医学影像专业兼职班主任工作的具体方法,阐明了做好兼职班主任工作对学生和青年教师自身在学习、生活、工作上的指导性意义。
        As a kind of innovative management mode,the part-time head teacher of university has many positive effects and influences on college students' education.On the basis of my own practical experience,I summed up the specific method of serving as a part-time head teacher in medical imaging specialty.This paper expounds the instructive significance of doing a part-time teacher in charge of class work for students and young teachers themselves in their study,life and work.
