摘要

目的观察参附汤合右归饮治疗心肾阳虚型慢性心衰病的临床效果。方法选取2016年4月—2018年6月76例心肾阳虚型慢性心衰患者,通过双色球抽签法,将所有患者均分2组,各38例。对照组患者应用常规西药治疗方案,实验组患者则在此基础上加用参附汤合右归饮治疗方案,对比2组患者治疗总有效率,并记录所有患者的心功能变化,评价患者的LVDEd、LVESd、LVEF。结果实验组患者的治疗总有效率为89. 47%,高于对照组患者的65. 79%,组间差异明显(P <0. 05)。治疗完成后,实验组患者的LVEF数据高于对照组,而LVDEd、LVESd指标低于对照组,均具有统计学差异(P <0. 05)。结论心肾阳虚型慢性心衰病患者应用参附汤合右归饮治疗能够有效改善患者的临床症状,值得推广使用。
        Objective To observe the clinical effect of Shenfu decoction and Yougui drink in the treatment of chronic heart failure of yang deficiency of both heart and kidney. Methods A retrospective analysis of 76 patients in our hospital from April 2016 to June 2018 was included in the study. All patients were divided into two groups by two-color ball drawing. Each group received 38 patients as a study objects. The patients in the control group were treated with conventional western medicine. The patients in the experimental group were given Shenfu decoction and Yougui drink. The total effective rate of the two groups was compared,and the cardiac function changes of all patients were recorded. LVDEd,LVESd and LVEF were evaluated. Results The total effective rate of the patients in the experimental group was89. 47%. The total effective rate of treatment of the control group was 65. 79%. The difference between the groups was significant( P <0. 05). After treatment,the LVEF data of the experimental group was higher than that of the control group,while the LVDEd and LVESd indexes of the experimental group were lower than those of the control group,and the results were statistically significant( P < 0. 05).Conclusion In the treatment of patients with chronic heart failure caused by heart-yang deficiency,the application of Shenfu decoction and Yougui drink can effectively improve the clinical symptoms of patients,which is worthy of popularization.
