摘要

本文通过某39 000 DWT散货船在试航过程中尾管后轴承损坏及修复的案例,探讨采用环保生物润滑油轴承损坏的原因,提出预防措施,并在后续同系列船型中进行验证,为相似类型的船舶轴系安装调试和试航提供参考。
        In this paper, through a case study of the damage and repair of the aft stern tube bearing of a certain 39 000 DWT bulk carrier during the sea trial, the reasons for damage of the aft bearing using EAL(Environmentally Acceptable Lubricants) are analyzed and discussed, and the preventive measures are put forward, which are verified in the subsequent ship types of the same series to provide reference for the installation, debugging and sea trial of similar types of ship shafts.
