摘要
文章介绍了一款新型的矿用无线压力传感器的设计,采用2.4GHz与低功耗技术,实现采面支架压力监测。该设计采用无线传输方式,有效的解决了采煤工作面空间狭小拉线困难、支架移动扯断线缆的问题,同时配合压力监测系统,实现了采煤工作面支架状态的远程数字化监控。
This paper introduces the design of a new type of wireless pressure sensor for mining, which adopts 2.4 GHz and low power consumption technology to realize the pressure monitoring of mining face support. This design adopts wireless transmission mode, which effectively solves the problems of the difficulty of drawing wire in small space of coal mining face, the moving of support and the breaking of cable. At the same time, with the cooperation of pressure monitoring system, the remote digital monitoring of the state of support in coal mining face is realized.
