摘要
为了便于安装和减少布线,设计了无线网络压力传感器.采用低功耗的MSP430G2553控制器和CC2530,无线压力传感器通过外部中断方式采集压力数据.无线压力传感器将应变片的压力通过A/D转换,计算出压力数据,然后再通过无线芯片CC2530发送到上位机.上位机获取无线的数据通过计算得到并显示采集的压力变换值.实验结果表明设计的无线压力传感器可以可靠工作,可以用在布局布线困难的压力检测场地,节省连线和成本.
To facilitate installation and reduce wiring,wireless network pressure sensors are designed. Us-ing the low-power MSP430 G2553 controller and CC2530,the wireless network pressure sensor collects pressuredata via external interrupts. The wireless network pressure sensor converts the pressure of the strain gaugethrough AD to calculate the pressure data,and then sends it to the upper computer through the wireless chipCC2530. The upper computer acquires the wirelessly collected data and displays the acquired pressure conver-sion value through calculation. The experimental results show that the designed wireless pressure sensor canwork reliably and can be used in pressure detection sites where layout and wiring are difficultto save connectionand cost.
