摘要
透过与国际先进水平的质量差距看轴承行业发展现状,提出通过实施可靠性系统工程,推动轴承行业高质量发展的思路。阐述了轴承产品可靠性概念、可靠性系统工程内涵;用SKF,NASA的案例论述了技术成熟度与产品可靠度的内在联系;回顾国内外工业化历程及优秀企业的发展经验,提出了轴承企业实施可靠性系统工程的路径与建议。思考了轴承企业高质量发展的一种方案,目的是与业内专家和企业家共商高质量发展的战略措施,以实现轴承行业高质量发展的宏伟目标。
        The development status is viewed through quality gap between China bearing industry and international advanced level,and the implementation of reliability system engineering is proposed to promote high quality development of bearing industry.The concept of bearing product reliability and connotation of reliability system engineering are expounded.The internal relationship between technical maturity and product reliability is described with examples of SKF and NASA.The industrialization process at home and abroad and development experience of excellent enterprises are reviewed,and the path and suggestion is put forward for bearing enterprises to implementation of reliability system engineering.A scheme is meditated for high quality development of bearing enterprises,the strategic measures for high quality development is discussed with industry experts and entrepreneurs to achieve grand goal of high quality development of bearing industry.
