图书馆安全事件成因浅析
摘要
本文对十年来发生的45起图书馆安全事件的主要类型、成因以及伤亡情况进行现实考察,结果表明场馆改造维修、设备设施故障以及故意伤害是图书馆安全事件的主要类型。根据安全事件案例及相关数据,笔者从人为因素、物的因素、环境因素、管理因素等方面对图书馆安全事件的原因进行了分析,从实施安全分级管理、安全培训、安全文化建设、加大投入力度以及完善应急预案等五个方面提出了预防和减少图书馆安全事件的对策。
This paper investigates performance types,causes and casualties of the 45 library security events in recent ten years,the result shows that the redevelopment of the stadium maintenance,equipment failure and intentional injury are the main forms of library security incidents.According to the cases and the related data,causes are analyzed from human factors,material factors,environmental factors,management factors and other aspects of the library security incidents.This paper puts forward some countermeasures and suggestions to prevent library security incidents from five aspects of implementing security classification management,strengthening safety training,building safety culture,increasing investment and improving emergency plans.
