摘要

目的:探讨舒利迭和布地奈德对支气管哮喘的疗效差异。方法:收治成人哮喘患者140例,随机分成观察组和对照组,各70例,对照组吸入普米克都保(布地奈德干粉剂)4吸/次,2次/d,观察组在对照组的基础上吸入舒利迭1吸/次,2次/d,两组均连续治疗6周。结果:治疗后,两组患者FEV1、FVC、FEV1/FVC、PEF比较差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);观察组总有效率94.3.0%。对照组总有效率74.3%,两组比较差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:舒利迭联合布地奈德治疗比单纯应用布地奈德治疗效果显著。
        Objective:To explore the curative effect differences of seretide and budesonide in the treatment of bronchial asthma.Methods:140 patients with adult asthma were selected.They were randomly divided into the observation group and the control group with 70 cases in each.The control group inhaled general mick bao(budesonide dry powder)4 suction/time,2 times/d.The observation group inhaled seretide 1 suction/time,2/d on the basis of the control group.Two groups were treated continuously for 6week.Results:After the treatment,the FEV1,FVC,FEV1/FVC,PEF of the two groups patients with statistically significant(P<0.05).Total effective rate of observation group was 94.3.0%.The total effectiveness of the comparison group was 74.3%,with significant difference(P<0.05).Conclusion:The effect of seretide combined with budesonide treatment is significant than the single application of budesonide treatment.
