专业班主任对学生职业性格的影响研究

摘要
研究以贵州医科大学医药管理类两个专业的学生为实验对象,以霍兰德职业性格测试为测量工具,通过对比他们听取专业班主任开展的职业规划讲座前后的职业性格,结果发现:(1)实验前,大一的学生对未来认识尚不清晰,不同专业学生的职业性格基本无显著差异;(2)专业班主任与学生交流后,药事管理专业的学生的常规型、实际型得分显著得分较高,药学(营销方向)专业学生的艺术型和事业型得分显著比药事管理专业高;(3)学生职业性格的变化幅度带有功利性色彩。结果表明,专业班主任对学生的职业性格产生显著影响,需注意正确引导。
        With the students of two medicine management majors of Guizhou Medical University as the experiment subject, and Holland's career personality test as the measuring tool, we compared their occupational characters before and after professional head teachers' career planning lectures. It was found that:(1) Before the experiment, freshman students are not clear about the future, and there is no significant difference in the professional characters of students of different majors;(2) After the communication between professional head teachers and students, pharmacy management students' conventional and practical scores are significantly higher, while pharmacy(marketing direction) students' artistic and occupational scores a significantly higher than those of pharmacy management students;(3) The change in the occupational characters of students is somewhat utilitarian. The results show that professional head teachers have a significant impact on students' occupational characters, so we should pay attention to the correct guidance of students.
