放空点火工艺的改进设计及应用效果

摘要
针对川渝地区终端燃气公司配气门站、撬装转供站的放空点火装置存在工艺缺陷及对操作人员的安全风险的问题,提出点火工艺自动化连锁优化方案,将设计方案细化为4点:①在管道、设备上安装压力变送器采集并监控运行压力的变化情况;②在管道、设备上安装安全阀和手动放空设备,采取自动和就地手动并用的方式进行泄压放空;③须在放空管口加装电子点火头确保放空气在放空管口被顺利点燃;④正确合理实施电子点火头控制逻辑。应用效果表明:①将城市配气门站、撬装转供站的放空点火工艺改进为自动和手动并用并加装电子点火头实施放空安全可行;②工艺改进后,现场操作人员的人数减少且不再需要靠近放空立管点火作业从而大大降低了安全风险;③工艺改进后保证放空气完全燃烧以减少环境污染。
        The vent ignition devices at the gas distributing gate stations and the skid-mounted transfer stations of the terminal gas companies in Sichuan-Chongqing area are technically defective and may threaten the safety of operators. To solve these problems,an optimization scheme of automatic chain ignition was proposed.This design scheme is divided into four parts. First, install pressure transformers at pipelines and equipment to acquire and monitor the change of the operating pressure. Second, install safety valves and manual venting units at pipelines and equipment and carry out automatic and manual blowdown vent integratedly. Third, install electronic ignition heads at the nozzles of vent pipes to ensure the air there is ignited successfully. Fourth, implement the control logic of the electronic ignition head correctly and rationally. And the following results were obtained based on application. First, it is feasible and safe to improve the vent ignition process at gas distributing gate stations and skid-mounted transfer stations into the automaticmanual combination pattern and install the electronic ignition heads for venting. Second, after the process is improved, the quantity of field operators is reduced and the ignition operation near the vent risers is not needed any more, so that the safety risk is reduced greatly. Third, after the process improvement, the air can be combusted completely and the environmental pollution is diminished.
