摘要
目的:对比研究普通X线与螺旋CT三维重建对肩胛骨骨折的诊断及临床应用价值。方法:回顾性分析我院收治的56例肩胛骨骨折患者16排螺旋CT薄层容积扫描和三维后处理重建图像资料,及肩胛骨DR平片影像资料,对比两种影像资料对骨折诊断与分型的正确率及其临床应用价值。结果:16排螺旋CT三维重建图像明确诊断56例(100%),DR平片明确诊断49例(87.5%),漏诊或可疑7例(12.5%),对确诊的肩胛骨骨折进行Miller分型,CT三维成像正确分型55例(98%,55/56),DR正确分型41例(83%,41/49),两者比较有显著差异(P<0.05)。结论:螺旋CT三维重建对肩胛骨诊断与正确分型及指导临床决定治疗方案有重要意义。
Objective: To contrast the ordinary X-ray and spiral CT three-dimensional reconstruction of scapula fracture diagn osis and clinical application value. Methods: Our hospital were retrospectively analyzed in 56 patients with fracture of shoulder blade volume 16 row helical CT thin layer scanning and three-dimensional reconstruction image data post-processing, and shoulder blades DR flat piece of image data, compared to two kinds of image data in fracture diagnosis and classification accuracy and its clinical value. Results: 16 row helical CT 3D reconstruction image diagnosis 56 cases(100%), DR X-ray diagnosis in 49 cases(87.5%), misdiagnosis or suspicious 7 cases(12.5%), Miller was carried out on the diagnosis of scapula fracture classification, CT three-dimensional imaging correct classification of 55cases(98%,55/56), DR correct classification in 41 cases(83%,41/49), which shows significant difference(P <0.05). Conclusion: Spiral CT three-dimensional reconstruction of the shoulder blad e diagnosis and correct classification and has important significance to guide the clinical decision treatment plan.
