豆粕发酵物改善小鼠睡眠功效及其与天麻的协同作用

摘要
本文研究了大豆粕枯草芽孢杆菌发酵物、天麻及其两者的混合物对改善小鼠睡眠功效的影响。以2.5 g/kg·BW·d剂量的豆粕发酵物、天麻和其两者1∶1混合物每日灌胃ICR小鼠,对照组灌胃等体积蒸馏水,14d后进行直接睡眠试验、戊巴比妥钠阈下剂量催眠试验、巴比妥钠睡眠潜伏期试验和延长戊巴比妥钠睡眠时间试验,同时记录小鼠体重和脏器指数,用于观察小鼠及其脏器健康程度。试验结果表明,豆粕发酵物、天麻和豆粕发酵物-天麻混合物均有增加小鼠入睡率(P<0.05)的作用,灌胃单一的豆粕发酵物没有明显缩短小鼠睡眠潜伏期的作用,灌胃单一天麻也没有明显延长小鼠睡眠时间的作用。然而,豆粕发酵物与天麻的混合物不仅能显著缩短小鼠睡眠潜伏期(P<0.05),还能显著延长小鼠睡眠时间(P<0.01),说明豆粕发酵物具有改善小鼠睡眠功效,并与天麻具有协同作用
        This paper studied the effect of improving slumber of soybean meal fermented product, gastrodiae and mixture of soybean meal fermented product and gastrodiae, this paper use ICR rats to conduct the experiment. Mice in soybean meal fermented product group were gavaged soybean meal fermented product and mice in gastrodiae group were gavaged gastrodiae, while mice in mixture group were gavaged mixture of soybean meal fermented product and gastrodiae.These three groups were all gavaged with the same dosage of 2.5 g/kg BW·d. Meanwhile, mice in control group were gavaged with same volume of distilled water. 14 days later, following experiments were conducted: direct hypnosis experiment; subthreshold dose of pentobarbital sodium hypnotic experiment; barbital sodium sleep latency experiment; prolonged pentobarbital sodium sleep time experiment. Meanwhile, the body weights and organ indexes of mice were recorded. According to the result of slumber test above, all the three test recipients can significantly improve mice sleep rate(P<0.05). Single soybean meal fermented product did not significantly reduce the sleep latency time while single gastrodiae did not significantly improve sleep time of mice. On contrary, the mixture of soybean meal fermented product and gastrodiae can both reduce the sleep latency time and improve sleep time of mice. The results above can demonstrate that soybean meal fermented product has an effect on improving slumber and it has a synergistic effect with gastrodiae.
