摘要
在紫外光氧环境中对水上光伏系统用高密度聚乙烯(HDPE)进行了7500h的人工加速老化试验,以研究其在紫外光氧老化环境下的老化行为及规律。通过力学性能测试试验、凝胶渗透色谱分析(GPC)和差示扫描量热法(DSC)分别研究了高密度聚乙烯(HDPE)在紫外光氧老化环境中性能和结构的变化。结果表明:随着老化时间的增加,HDPE的拉伸屈服应力和拉伸断裂应力变化不大,断裂标称应变呈现先不变后下降的趋势;HDPE的熔点和结晶度变化不大。
In this paper,with HDPE of water photovoltaic systems as the research object,7500 hours UV photo-oxidation aging test was operated for HDPE by using the method of artificially accelerated aging test. The aging behavior and law of HDPE were studied after UV photo-oxidation test. The mechanical performance test,GPC and DSC were used to study the performance and structure changes of high density polyethylene(HDPE) in photo-oxidative aging environment. The results showed that the tensile stress at yield and tensile stress at break of HDPE didn't change a lot and the nominal strain at break showed a trend of first change and then decrease with the increase of aging time.The melting point and crystallinity had a little change with the increase of aging time.
