检验医师规范化培训在研究生培养中的应用

摘要
检验医师是近年来顺应检验医学发展而诞生的一支医疗技术队伍,是检验科与临床科室联系的枢纽,在医院治疗过程中起到越来越重要的作用。检验医师规范化培训是检验专业硕士研究生成长为一名合格的检验医师必不可少的过程,是培养高水平高素质检验人才必经之路,也是培养符合医院与社会的人才队伍、并关系到医院整体医疗队伍建设和发展的重要环节和措施。因此,探讨检验专业医师规范化培训在临床检验诊断学专业硕士研究生培养中的应用,对提高检验专业硕士研究生培养的质量和检验医师规范化培训的质量有很大的帮助,也对培养出业务强、医疗水平高的高质量检验医学人才具有非常重要的现实意义。
The inspecting physician is a medical technology team born in recent years in response to the development of laboratory medicine.It is the hub for the connection between the laboratory and the clinical department,and plays an increasingly important role in the hospital treatment process.The standardized training of testing physicians has become a unique training method for postgraduate students in clinical laboratory diagnostics,and is an important means to train high-level testing professionals. Improve the quality of the clinical medical team and the level of medical technology in China, and related to the important links and measures of the overall construction and development of the hospital. Therefore, it is important to explore the application of standardized training of test physicians in the training of postgraduate students in clinical laboratory diagnostics.
