区域创新空间关联特征及其关键因素分析

摘要
本文收集1999—2016年30个省市发明授权、技术市场成交额及空间关联相关数据,运用网络分析法及QAP方法分析区域创新空间关联的特征指标、创新功能板块、空间溢出机制及关键影响因素。研究发现:①区域创新空间关联较多、紧密度偏低、稳健性较高,溢出存在门槛效应;②区域创新可以划分为四个不同的创新板块,分别为净溢出、经纪人、净受益与主受益板块;③区域创新溢出有较明显的梯度特征,第一板块为创新动力源,将创新动能传给第二板块;第二板块发挥纽带作用,将动能传递给第三、四板块;第四板块又将动能传到第三板块;④区域创新的空间关联既有显著的正向空间溢出效应,又有"孔雀东南飞"的负向空间溢出效应,研发经费、地理距离、外商直接投资是区域创新空间关联的主要因素。
        This paper collects data of invention licencing,technical market turnover and space correlation in 30 Chinese provinces and cities from 1999 to 2016. Using the method of network analysis and QAP,the paper analyzes the general characteristics of China's regional innovation spatial correlation,innovation function plate,space overflow mechanism and the key influencing factors. Finding:①China's regional innovation has such characteristics as a strong spatial correlation,a low compactness,a high robustness,and there exists a threshold effect of overflow. ②China's regional innovation can be divided into four different sectors,including the net overflow,the broker,net benefit and main benefit. ③There are obvious gradient characteristics in regional innovation spillover in China. The first sector is the innovation power source,which passes the innovation kinetic energy to the second sector. The second sector,acting as a bond,transfers the kinetic energy to the third and fourth sectors. The fourth sector will also transfer the kinetic energy back to the third sector. ④With both its positive and negative spatial spillover effects of"peacock southeast flight",spatial correlation of regional innovation in China is mainly influenced by research and development funds,geographical proximity and foreign direct investment.
