摘要
针对某常减压装置带压设备腐蚀较为严重的宏观表象,从其所处的腐蚀环境出发,对常压塔不同部位的腐蚀状况进行分析,依据电偶腐蚀机理进行了探讨,提出材质同等级化完善对策。
In view of the macroscopic appearance of serious corrosion of pressure equipments in an atmospheric and vacuum distillation unit, by analysis on corrosion situation in different parts of the atmospheric tower. The improving countermeasures of material with the same gradation were given basing on the discussion of corrosion mechanism in galvanic couple.
