摘要
目的:优选橘红挥发油的提取及β-环糊精包合的最佳工艺。方法:以挥发油的提取量为考察指标,采用正交试验优选挥发油提取工艺;以挥发油包合率为考察指标,优选β-环糊精包合工艺。结果:挥发油最佳提取工艺为:加10倍量的水,浸泡30min,提取8h;挥发油包合的最佳工艺为:采用饱和水溶液法,挥发油与β-环糊精的用量比为1∶10,包合温度50℃,包合时间2h。结论:优选的橘红挥发油提取工艺提油率较高,包合工艺稳定可行。
        Objective: To optimize the process of volatile oil extraction and β-cyclodextrin(β-CD) inclusion from exocarpium citri rubrum. Methods: Taking the extraction of volatile oil as an investigation index, the extraction process of volatile oil is selected by orthogonal test, and the inclusion rate of volatile oil is used as an index to optimize the inclusion process of β-cyclodextrin. Results: The best optimized extraction conditions were: adding 10 times the amount of water, soaking 30 min, extracting 8 h. The best optimal inclusion conditions were: using saturated aqueous solution method, the ratio of volatile oil to β-cyclodextrin was 1∶10, the inclusion temperature was 50℃, and the inclusion time was 2 h. Conclusion: The optimized extraction technology has a high rate of oil yield. The optimized inclusion technology is stable and feasible.
