摘要
目的研究粒-巨噬细胞集落刺激因子(granulocyte-macrophage colony-stimulating factor,GM-CSF)对兔后循环血液动力性脑缺血后侧支循环生成的影响。方法 40只新西兰大白兔随机分为对照组、假手术组、非治疗模型组、GM-CSF治疗模型组、生理盐水治疗模型组,每组8只。模型组均采用手术结扎右侧锁骨下动脉椎动脉开口近端。采用超选择脑血管造影及染色乳胶灌注法检测盗血及血管管径、血管密度及后分水岭区面积。结果GM-CSF治疗模型组颅内前循环动脉管径较非治疗模型组明显增粗(P<0.01),侧支血管密度明显增加。非治疗模型组颅内前循环动脉管径及侧支血管密度较对照组有所增加,但差异无统计学意义(P>0.01)。结论 GMCSF对兔后循环血液动力性脑缺血后侧支动脉的生成具有重要作用。
Objective To investigate the effect of GM-CSF on collateral arteriogenesis of posterior cerebral circulation in rabbits with hemodynamic ischemia. Methods Forty NewZealand rabbits were randomly divided into five groups( control group,sham operation group,model group,GM-CSF group and saline control group). In all the groups except the control one,the right subclavian artery proximal to the orifice of vertebral artery was ligated. Results Compared to the control group,the diameters of resistant arteries in posterior watershed,posterior communicating arteries and posterior cerebral arteries were enlarged significantly as well as the vascular density in GM-CSF group; and partial resistant arteries in posterior watershed were transformed into conductive arteries. The similar results were seen in the model group,but there was no statistical significance compared to the control group. Conclusion GM-CSF exerts a positive effect on collateral arteriogenesis of posterior cerebral circulation in rabbits with hemodynamic ischemia.
