摘要
城市设计管控分级分类是弹性管控的主要思路。目前业界对分级分类方法多基于空间的功能类别。但在实际城市设计项目编制过程中,错综复杂土地开发建设周期、不同规划建设次序的土地,使得各地块间具有复杂的个体差异,以同一标准管控略显弹性不足。本文以扬州江广融合地区城市设计及形态管控研项目为例,在管控中结合建设项目的开发时序和时间弹性,优化管控要素,拟在探索一种适应动态管理的城市设计管控方法。
Classification of urban design management and control is the main idea of flexible management and control. At present,classification methods are mostly based on spatial functional categories.However,in the process of urban design projects, the complex land development,construction cycle,different planning and construction order make the individual differences among different blocks,and the same standard of management and control is slightly inelastic.This paper takes Yangzhou Jiangguang integration area urban design and shape control research project as an example,combines the time sequence and time elasticity of construction project development, optimizes the elements of management and control,intends to explore a dynamic management of urban design management and control methods.
