摘要
钻机管柱自动化技术是钻机未来的发展方向。介绍了在役钻机管柱自动化升级改造要遵循的原则、要求和整体技术方案,管柱自动化系统由管柱自动输送系统、立柱自动排放系统、井口自动化设备、集成动力系统和司钻集成控制系统等组成。该技术方案在ZJ50D在役钻机上实施,配套了动力猫道、钻台机械手、缓冲机械手、铁钻工、二层台自动排管装置、动力鼠洞、动力卡瓦、自动吊卡、多功能综合液压站、集成控制系统等设备,并成功应用。现场应用表明,进行管柱自动化升级改造后,实现了钻井作业过程管柱操作的自动化,包括钻具上钻台及建立柱自动化、起下钻过程的管柱操作自动化、套管输送自动化、甩钻具作业自动化等;同时,大大提高了钻井作业的安全性,劳动强度降低90%以上,减少2个操作岗位。
        Automatic pipe handling technology is the future development of rig. This paper presents the principles to be followed, requirements and overall technical scheme for upgrading of automatic pipe handling. The automatic pipe handling system is composed of pipe automatic conveying system, drill-pipe stand automatic racking system, wellhead automation equipment, integrated power system and driller integrated control system. The technical scheme is implemented in the in-service rig of model ZJ50 D and many automation equipment such as power catwalk, drill pipe manipulator,buffering manipulator, iron roughneck, automatic racking device,power mouse-hole, power slip, Automatic elevator, multifunctional integrated hydraulic station, integrated control system are applied successfully. The field application shows that after the upgrading of Automatic pipe handling, the automation of the pipe handling operation in the drilling process is realized, including pipe conveying between the drill floor and the ground, constructing a stand of drill pipe, and pipe racking operation. At the same time, the safety of drilling operation is greatly improved, labor intensity is reduced by more than 90%, and 2 operation positions are reduced.
