新形势下炼油企业深化节能降耗的思路与建议

摘要
炼油节能取得显著成绩的同时也面临新的严峻形势。当前炼油节能存在4个典型特征:相对全局节能更重视局部节能技术,相对主动节能更重视被动节能技术,相对传统节能更重视新兴节能技术,相对动态节能更重视静态节能技术。为此,针对炼油节能发展的方向,提出了4点建议:一是完善发展炼油全厂节能方法,建立可指导炼油全厂节能的方法论;二是以降低工艺总用能为目标,开发新型高效催化剂和节能新工艺,实现主动节能;三是积极开展传统节能技术的挖潜深化应用,夯实炼油企业节能基础;四是推进炼油企业能源全生命周期管理与智能管控,制定企业动态节能方案。
        Today,refineries are still facing many difficulties in energy saving,although they have obtained some remarkable achievements.There are four typical characteristics in refinery energy saving technologies:focusing more on specific energy saving than overall energy saving,focusing more on passive energy saving than positive energy saving,focusing more on new energy saving than traditional energy saving,and focusing more on static energy saving than dynamic energy saving.Therefore,four suggestions are put forward for refinery energy saving in the future.The first is to improve energy saving measures and establish a methodology to guide refinery-wide energy saving.The second is to make efforts on positive energy saving and develop new high-efficiency catalysts and processes to reduce the total process energy use.The third is to tap into the potential of traditional energy saving techniques as a solid foundation for refinery energy saving.And the forth is to push for energy lifecycle management and intelligent control and formulate dynamic energy saving scheme for refineries.
