摘要
在温度为350℃~400℃、氢初压为3~6MPa的条件下,利用连续临氢反应器对低变质煤进行加氢试验,其目的在于增加其粘结性,加热时间控制在30~50min。试验结果表明,通过温和加氢试验,没有粘结性的低变质煤可以转化为具有粘结性的产物,煤中的氧元素得到良好脱除,产物的热值得到了明显提高,煤粒在热解、溶胀、催化剂、加氢、新组分形成的综合作用下发生结构变化和颗粒间融并,是导致煤粘结性增强和岩相特征变化的主要原因,配煤试验表明产物可以在炼焦工业上得到有效利用。
With a temperature of 350℃~400℃ and an initial hydrogen pressure of 3~6MPa,hydrogenation experiment for low rank soft coal was carried out by continuous hydrogen-contacting reactor,the experiment conditions were with the purpose of increasing coal's caking property,the heat time was controlled to be 30~50 min.The experiment results showed that through moderate hydrogenation,the low rank soft coal without caking property could translate into product with caking property,the oxygen in the raw coal was removed well,and the heat value of the product was improved obviously,and the improved caking property and lithofacies characteristics change were mainly caused by coal structure change and particle fusion under combined action of pyrolysis,swelling,catalyst,hydrogenation and new component.The results proved the product could be useful in the coking industry.
