独立学院大学生自我认知对就业倾向影响研究

摘要
根据如今的社会现状来看,中国的教育事业在朝着一个兴盛的方向发展,在2018年最新教育部门的数据统计中,国家普通高校毕业生的人数达到了820万人,与2017年对比时可以看出来多了25万人,在这其中独立学院的大学生更是增加了很多,人数的增加便对就业造成很大的压力。独立学院的大学生面临更大的压力,就业倾向的选择与自我认知之间互相存在矛盾。独立学院的大学生受到社会各界舆论的影响,也有自身家庭的影响,通常因为自我认知出现了迷茫而导致对自己的选择出现了问题。无论是不是独立学院的大学生,在大学期间都属于人生转折的一个重要时期,也是三观形成的一个时期,这篇文章将针对独立学院的大学生进行深刻的剖析。

College students in independent colleges are influenced by public opinions from all walks of life, as well as their own families. They are often confused about their self-cognition, which leads to problems in their choices. College students, whether they are independent college students or not, are in an important period of life transition and also a period of the formation of the three values. This article will make a profound analysis of college students in independent colleges.
