摘要
研究目的:高铁工程项目物资需求量大、施工工艺复杂、后续影响范围广,施工物资库存控制的有效性需要系统分析、动态管理。本文基于高铁施工项目的资金、库存以及施工进度的关系,通过系统动力学的方法构建高铁项目施工物资库存控制流图,通过因果关系图及流图定性分析各因素之间的影响关系。研究结论:(1)高铁施工项目较为特殊,施工建设中的物资供应以及物资库存是否合理直接影响工程施工进度、质量和施工效率;(2)高铁工程项目的库存控制主要受物料采购、资金流、施工进度的影响,各影响因素间又相互制约、相互影响,构成一个完整的动态反馈系统;(3)仿真结果表明,在考虑资源库存时应考虑项目的运作形式与工程进度,资源订货应与施工进度以及现金流相匹配;(4)本研究结论对高铁工程施工有效预警资源闲置或资金浪费等有一定的借鉴,也可为库存控制的进一步研究提供理论参考。
        Research purposes: The high-speed railway project has large demand for materials, complicated construction process and wide range of subsequent effects. The effectiveness of construction material inventory control requires systematic analysis and dynamic management. Based on the relationship between funds, inventory and construction schedule of high-speed railway construction project,this paper constructed a control flow chart of construction materials inventory control of high-speed railway project through the method of system dynamics,and analyzed the influence of various factors through the causal relationship diagram and flow graphs qualitatively.Research conclusions:(1) The high-speed railway construction project was special. The material supply and material inventory in the construction directly affected the construction progress,quality and construction efficiency.(2) The inventory control of the high-speed railway project was mainly subject to material procurement,capital flow and construction schedule. The influencing factors mutually restricted and influenced each other,constituting a complete dynamic feedback system.(3) We should consider the operation mode and project progress of the project when considering the resource inventory,the resource order should match the construction progress and cash flow.(4) The research result has certain reference for the effective early warning of resources idle or funds waste in the high-speed railway project construction,and also provides a theoretical reference for the related research of further inventory control.
