摘要
动电枢型永磁直线电机由于铁心开断,在两个纵向端部产生了较大的磁阻力波动,降低了系统的伺服性能。该文根据端部磁阻力的特征,提出电枢铁心V-型端部结构消除纵向端部磁阻力波动的方法。通过对V-型端面微元化推导端面磁阻力的合力,总结V-型深度对端部磁阻力波动的影响规律。为简化生产工艺,分析阶梯结构的准V-型端齿削弱端部磁阻力的可行性。最后,以齿槽力较小的12槽11极电机进为例,采用有限元仿真和实验验证了所提方法的正确性和有效性。
        As the iron core disconnects in the end, the permanent magnet linear motor with a moving armature brings a large fluctuation of the end effect detent force in the two longitudinal ends, and aggravates the servo performance. Due to the characteristics of the end effect detent force, this article proposes a method to eliminate the fluctuation of the longitudinal end effect detent force with the V-shaped iron core in the ends. Through micro element of the V-shaped end face to deduce composition of forces of the end detent force, the law of the end detent force fluctuation by the depth of V-shaped is summarized. Finally, simulations and experiments are conducted on a 12 slot 11 pole PMLM with weak slot effects, experimental results are basically consistent with the finite element simulation results, which verifies the correctness and the effectiveness of the proposed method.
