摘要
从伞房狗牙花(Tabernaemontana corymbosa)枝干的甲醇提取物中分离得到6个吲哚类生物碱和2个非生物碱,经波谱技术和理化性质对化合物结构进行鉴定为:17-demethoxy-hydroisorhynchophylline(1)、voachalotine(2)、voachalotine oxindole(3)、voacristine(4)、14,15-dehydrovincamine(5)、16R-descarbomethoxytacamine(6)、α-amyrin acetate(7)和β-sitosterol(8),其中化合物2、3、55-7首次从该植物中分离得到。
        Six indole alkaloids and two non-alkaloids were isolated from the stem of Tabernaemontana corymbosa. By using spectroscopic analysis combined with physicochemical data, the six compounds were identified as 17-demethoxy-hydroisorhynchophylline(1), voachalotine(2), voachalotine oxindole(3), voacristine(4), 14,15-dehydrovincamine(5), 16 Rdescarbomethoxytacamine(6), α-amyrin acetate(7) and β-sitosterol(8) compounds 2, 3, and compound 5~7 were obtained from the plant for the first time.
