摘要
通过金相显微镜、扫描电镜、X射线衍射仪等实验方法,研究Y对7085高强铝合金铸态组织的影响。结果表明:Y能明显细化7085高强铝合金铸态组织并减少二次枝晶间距。当Y的添加量在0.3%时,铸态组织中晶粒细化效果最为显著,晶粒尺寸从120μm减少到60μm左右。Y在7085高强铝合金中主要以Al6Cu6Y和Al3Y相弥散分布在晶界上,并使得T相由网状结构变为细条状和鱼骨状。
The effect of addition of Y on the as-cast microstructure of high strength 7085 aluminum alloy was investigated by optical microscope, scanning electron microscope and X-ray diffraction, etc. The results showed that the as-cast microstructure of 7085 alloy was gradually fined with yttrium added. When the content of yttrium was 0.3%(mass fraction), and the grain size reduced from120μm to 60μm, it was fined remarkably. Due to the addition of yttrium, the Al6 Cu6 Y and Al3 Y are mainly formed and distributed at the grain boundary in 7085 alloy, which makes the reticular structure of T-phase to become a thin bar and a fishbone.
