摘要
抗菌肽因其具有广谱高效抗菌特性,且不易引起耐药性,成为最有潜力的肽类抗生素,被广泛应用于医药和饲料添加剂等领域。文章综合近年来抗菌肽的研究,概述了抗菌肽的理化特性、作用机制及应用。
        Antibacterial peptides have been widely used in the fields of medicine and feed additives because of their broad-spectrum and efficient antibacterial properties, and not easy to cause resistance, and become the most potential peptide antibiotics. Based on the studies of antimicrobial peptides in recent years, this paper summarized the physicochemical properties, mechanism and application of antimicrobial peptides.
